1. What is the difference between a clippie and a barrette?

We use metal pinch clips (also known as alligator clips) for our clippies and line it with grosgrain ribbon. Our barrettes are the traditional french-style barrettte, which measures approximately 3 inches wide and is best for older girls or girls with more hair.

 

2. My daughter has fine hair. What do you recommend?

Our headbands are great for little girls without much hair or fine hair. We also recommend using the clippies by taking small clear rubberbands and making a tiny ponytail and then slipping the clippie in for decoration. We also offer no slip grips that we can include on your clippie. If you are interested in this please add the no slip grip option when you check out.

 

3. How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. Orders with personalized item ship within 5-7 business days. From your ship date Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery and 1st Class mail takes 5-7 days for delivery.

 

4. What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order. Most orders will ship with flat rate shipping for the best rate across the U.S. 

 

5. Can I phone in an order or place an order by mail? 

Currently we are not accepting any other ways to order. In the future we hope to update this.
